You decide as much or as little assistance as you need.
Consultation- At our initial phone call with you, we will schedule a complimentary
consultation to visit with you and discuss a plan for your transition.
Movers - As part of our service we schedule a representative from a moving company to
come out to the house and give you an estimate on your moving costs. We are there as well so all of us,
as a team, are coming up with a plan to see your transition is as smooth and stress free as possible.
Pack and Unpack - After we discuss what you will be moving, we professionally pack your belongings,
coordinate the actual move, and unpack and put away your things in your new home so you can move
right in!
Now that we are moved what happens to everything left in the house?
Estate Sales- Our Estate Sales are held on site at our clients homes. We professionally set up the home
through organization and attention to detail. Items are properly displayed and priced. Typically our
sales are 3-4 days and we can arrange for the unsold items to be cleaned out when the sale is over,
leaving the home empty and ready to be cleaned and put on the market!
Our Sales generate a large following and we are well known in the Tri Cities for fair pricing and
clean, organized sales. Each client and circumstance is unique and we tailor each move and Estate Sale to
accommodate their needs.
